Values, virtues, and faith-based coaching to help couples strengthen their relationship from dating through the first decade of marriage

I help couples get on the same page, focus on what truly matters, and build a marriage that lasts. With a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and certifications in SYMBIS and FOCCUS facilitation, I guide couples from dating through the early years of marriage with clarity, confidence, and faith-based support. With divorce rates too high for comfort and relationship foundations built on sand, I’m here to disrupt the current narrative and bring back the timeless principles that make a marriage last. My mission is simple: to build strong families, one marriage at a time. Through coaching and deep-dive intensives, I help couples cut through the noise and create a foundation that can withstand the seasons of life.Whether you’re dating intentionally, preparing for marriage, or navigating the crucible years, I’m here to walk alongside you and help your marriage thrive - because pressure doesn’t destroy a marriage, it reveals and refines it.

These sessions are especially helpful for couples who:--Have specific topics they want to explore more deeply
--Want to talk through how values, expectations, or faith will play out in daily married life (I.e. in-law dynamics, roles in marriage, etc.)
--Want to work through what a major life transition will actually look like in the relationship (I.e. parenthood etc.)
--Prefer structured guidance over open-ended conversationWhether you’re preparing for marriage or already living it, an intensive creates the space to slow down and intentionally work through the conversations that matter most — communication, conflict, expectations, family of origin, intimacy, finances, faith, and shared vision. For couples who have already completed marriage preparation or assessments like FOCCUS or SYMBIS, intensives offer the opportunity to go further — taking insights you already have and applying them in a practical, personalized way. For couples who haven’t, the intensive simply meets you where you are and builds from there. As a Certified SYMBIS and FOCCUS Facilitator with a degree in Clinical Psychology, I provide a structured, supportive environment that helps couples move beyond surface-level discussion toward real understanding, intentional decisions, and lasting foundations. This isn’t therapy — and it’s not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about being proactive, aligned, and rooted before life gets louder.Half-Day and Full-Day Intensives available | In-person or virtual sessionsVirtual
